Covid-19 Alert
WK Jackson Leadership Academy considers the health and well-being of our scholars and staff a priority. With that in mind, we are for posting this for your awareness. We have been alerted that an individual in Kindergarten has been diagnosed and/or has symptoms consistent with COVID-19. WK Jackson Leadership Academy has Covid-19 tests available for you if needed and requested. We are following Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations to help ensure that the person diagnosed with or suspected to have COVID-19 follows instructions for isolation and remains away from others until they can safely return to the school setting. We will also continue to clean and disinfect all areas of the school. We are still providing and encouraging all scholars to wear a mask.

Pleae be sure to submit the following: updated contact information, free and refuced lunch application, official birth certificate, social security card, and immunization record (If your child is exempt, please complete an exemption form with your child’s physician’s signature and approval. You may get this exemption form from the main office.)
